Studio Policies

At ilashes by Maya, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a high standard of service and a calm, private studio experience, please review the following policies before booking.

Appointments

All services are by appointment only and performed one-on-one by Maya. A valid card is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure the full quality of your service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Guests

To preserve a quiet, private environment, guests are not permitted unless previously discussed and approved.

Payments

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

Lash Health & Safety

For your safety, services may be refused if there are signs of eye infections, irritation, or conditions that could compromise lash health. If this occurs, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

Results & Maintenance

Lash results and retention vary based on natural lash growth, aftercare, and lifestyle. Proper aftercare is essential and will be discussed at your appointment.
